In this galloping romp the inhabitants of the small Southwestern mountain town of Stickitville are a rambunctious and frisky bunch of folks who put a lot of energy into organizing then participating in their two big annual celebrations the Yucca Days Festival and the Rowdy Rodeo Days Extravaganza. Join the author as he playfully leads the reader through a series of silly shenanigans involving a cast of assorted nutbars and zany individuals often under the magical influence of sparkling yucca dust. Along his winding and humorous way Richard Wyly sprinkles his stories with comedic detours into the clothing industry and includes affectionate references to old Western movies and their lead stars and character actors.
