Talk to me like I'm a human

Know any humans? Are your customers human? Your employees managers vendors and others in your community of stakeholders? Understandably you may think some of those are definitely not human and may have in fact just landed from Mars. BUT for the sake of your business or your career you need to understand how to communicate with them like they are humans!
