Tamrahindi

<p>A tamarind tree: and the steady unfaltering love of a grandmother. Women with resistance woven into the very sinews of their bones. And the land that bore them: unrepentant strong as old roots. A land as old as time marred by political instability and ravaged by loss and the scars of its colonial past. And yet deep in ancient sands seeds of hope are sprouting like flowers from the concrete like a love song.
