Both of these cults have also become very popular all over the world both as a medium of physical wellbeing and spiritual uplift. However not all the institutions are authentic and many superstitions criminal and deceitful activities have been associated with many of the tantra and yoga institutions.</p><p>This book endeavours to highlight the distinction between tantra and yoga unravel the superstitious and deceitful activities associated practices of tantra and yoga and bring to the fore the scientific and beneficial aspects of these two cults.</p>
