This book is one that covers seven types of exercises. This is part of a book on consum. As your consciousness increases so does your knowledge and your level of awareness. Almost all religions are against the senses of man. The reason is that when a man increases his knowledge of his physical senses he becomes aware of the past. That is why Christianity and Islam the Western religions have sought to keep people unaware of these sentiments. The reason is that whenever man realizes his full understanding of his body he seeks to move it towards the further so that he can certainly move only towards enlightenment. If so it would certainly become impossible for him to follow these religions created by these corrupt men. Knowing that they would not follow these religions for sure all of them have always set moral standards against the senses of man. The reason is that one who is fully aware of the inner senses will certainly not accept these religions and those who created them. It''s okay to disagree and only but acting against them completely.And there is one thing that any man who is aware of his five senses he will not always call others superior or inferior to himself. Only then will true equality be born. If such an equality is born then the distinction between male and female will disappear. Then he will not treated women as subhuman except to see how he treats men equally.Only then will all their false philosophies turn to bran. The reason is that both religions have so far treated women as a commodity. And treats them as sub human beings. Those doctrines will collapse because these are two religions created by two madmen with patriarchal minds. The reason is that in these two religions only patriarchal thinking is prevalent. So their ideologies will be completely buried in the soil. This is why people of these two religions have always sought to eliminate from the world all kinds of data and information that could give them knowledge about these senses. But no matter how hard they tried they could not get rid of it completely. And if all of these are why they have always been against Eastern religions and methods. It is these Eastern religions that have all sorts of means by which man can awaken. That is why they are constantly trying to destroy them completely. But that is still possible in modern times.And Tantra methods only talk about the human body. And no matter how much they try to destroy it by creating the false image that it only teaches about human anatomy it continues to be like a resurgent bird. The reason is that Tantric methods are not something that only teaches sex. It continues to pave the way for it to reach past phsicology psychology and sprituality .Tantra is only if there is one person who understands correctly that the human body is the main one. It is not only a complete understanding of the human body but also one that can guide human psychology and human spirituality beyond that. That is why it has always been a challenging one for these Western religions. Man will reach a different dimension if he understands this correctly. This practices will give you total understanding of your senses and your physical body nature psychological body nature and sprituality nature. if you are practices these things that will give you another dimention of the life. if you are victim of these cunning religions then you never understand these things. if you really want to understanding your innerself you must practice these things. because i am here clearly explaining all practices in simple manner. if you are not enslve these cunning religions and religious dogmas then you will find out what really tantra teaches. then your inner jurney will start here. therefore carefully understanding these practices and continue this practices minimum three to four months. that will show you your inner potentiality.and you enjoy these things.nothing more than this.
