As the story unfolds Tarzan and Jack find themselves embroiled in a dangerous conspiracy involving a group of ruthless criminals who seek to use the strangers identity for their own nefarious purposes. Tarzan and Jack must use their skills and wits to thwart the villains plans and save the jungle from destruction. Tarzan and the Madman explores themes of identity memory and the struggle between good and evil. It features Burroughs signature blend of action adventure and exotic locations and provides another thrilling installment in the Tarzan series. While the novel was published posthumously it is still considered a worthy addition to the Tarzan canon and remains popular among fans of the series.
