TEACHER EDUCATION

The subject of teacher training has been much discussed at present. Among the aspects involved some are very relevant such as methodology and didactics among others. This research seeks to understand the factors associated with the teaching and learning process and likewise what is the relationship between teacher and student in this process. The pedagogical formation presents techniques methods and strategies applied in the teaching exercise potentiating the results and extending the learning scope by planning and making appropriate use of the pedagogical content that allows maximizing the relationship between teacher and student in the construction of knowledge. In this sense it is intended to broaden the discussion on these processes bringing out the importance of pedagogical training of the teacher.
