Teacher Organizational Commitment in Indonesia: A Case from Merauke

Teacher’s organizational commitment is one of the basic concepts unfolding the relationship between an employee and an organization. Low rate of teachers organizational commitment in Merauke District has become a yearly problem facing by the local educational policymaker. As the success of a school may depend on how its teachers get committed to the study was aimed at (a) investigating the contributing factors to teacher organizational commitment in the remote elementary schools of Merauke District Papua Indonesia; and (b) designing strategic policies to boost teacher’s organizational commitment in the remote elementary schools of Merauke district Papua Indonesia.
