The role of a teacher has changed significantly during the last few years. Teaching in the modern era has changed drastically and the same today is quite different from what it was in the past. A teacher has been facing various challenges today to become a good teacher as well as for his/her survival. This book gives an in-depth analysis of the various problems that a teacher will have to face and also suggests how these problems can be overcome. Today teachers will have to play a multifaceted role. The teacher shall also be acting as a leader and this will be helping other teachers. The Principal plays a significant role in the school in guiding the teachers. Today the role of the Principal is also very important for the development of the schools. During the COVID 19 pandemic one of the most affected areas that was most affected is children's education. </br></br>Even though our teachers were not trained to face such a catastrophe they have found a solution and started teaching children online to the satisfaction of the students and their parents.
