This paper presents the main results derived from a research that was located in the field of the management of the training of teachers of the Accounting Career of the S.U.M. of Nuevitas.A Model is proposed for the management of teacher training for the correct linkage of the contents of the Accounting and Finance Career with the Discipline Preparation for the Defense and a training program of great practical significance. To carry out the research use was made of the general theoretical Methods such as analysis-synthesis induction deduction abstraction-concretion and the dialectic method. The Historical logical method the Modeling and the functional structural systemic method for the foundation and elaboration of the Model and the corresponding program as well as the Holistic dialectic approach to reveal the main relationships that are manifested among the components. Empirical methods were used for the search for information and the realization of the diagnoses carried out in the research. The results of the positive assessment of the Model and the program are presented.
