Schools or other participants who are involved in ICT integration process might find the results of this study to be beneficial. This study provided a better understanding of teachers’ attitudes toward technology integration in school through examining the factors that directly and indirectly influenced these attitudes and explaining how these attitudes affected students’ academic motivation. Moreover this study found out that when talking about technology integration in Kazakhstan the infrastructure becomes the main focus while teaching and learning with the help of ICT are ignored or paid insufficient attention. Also uncovered by this study was the fact that successful integration of ICT in school should come from both sides – internally at the school and externally from the society.
