Teachers in education: A new era: Technology for experience?

This research work arises from the concern of the teachers of the educational institution about the havoc faced by teachers in the pandemic period and how teachers over 55 years old were affected by the use of technology and how a new era in education is generated preferring technology over experience.A joint work was carried out with the students of the Bachelor''s Degree in Administration observing the different perspectives of the participants of education teachers and students.
