Teacher���s pedagogical knowledge and learner's success in EFL contexts

Of particular interest to the present research are the studies done on teachers’ pedagogical knowledge base . It defines teacher’s pedagogic knowledge base as the “accumulated knowledge about the act of teaching including goals procedures and strategies that form the basis for what teachers do in classroom”. In this research attempts are made to discover the thought processes teachers go through as they assist their students in mastering formal/communicative features of the L2.
