Teachers Perceptions and Practices of Inquiry-Based Instruction

Restructuring of teaching methods and the implementation of new learning objectives have been persistent struggle(s) for practicing teachers. There is a necessity in elementary mathematics education to have models of inquiry-based instruction to enable teachers to engage in effective teaching. This study details inquiry-based models that are of significance to practitioners and teacher education programs.
