Teachers Self Concept And Attitude Towards Teaching

Teachers instead of becoming nation builders creating a lot of problems in helping students in developing appropriate attitude and learning skills due to the inadequate preparation of teacher education programme Self-concept of teachers was taken to be one of the important mental constructs related to high teacher efficacy. As a result in light of the above concerns I chose this topic. A total of six chapters had been written to cover the whole of the work.About the AuthorDr. Smritikana Ghosh is working as an Assistant Professor (Head Department of Psychology) at Radha Govind University Ramgarh Jharkhand India. She is the member of many editorial boards of International Journals also Academic Counselor & Approved Project Guide of IGNOU. She had published more than forty (40) articles in International and National Journals Participated in more than 25 International and National Seminar and Conference. She had chapters in many edited and reference books. She had also delivered lecture in the Seminar Conference and Webinar.
