The Congolese educational system conforms to the modern imperatives of digitization and recognizes a preponderant place to the teaching of Computer Science and the integration of ICTE in the National Program. Certainly the teaching of Computer Science in the Democratic Republic of Congo in general and in particular in the City of Matadi located in the province of Central Kongo is a pedagogical necessity of the highest priority but there is still a long way to go to achieve an adapted Computer Science didactic that is likely to offer a quality efficient and competitive national education in an Africa where the national educational systems must seek the best in terms of sustainable development and socio-economic and cultural blossoming in short in all respects through national education. In this quest for an appropriate and adapted didactic approach to solving the social problems of the city of Matadi. This monograph aims without an ounce of ostentation of a dogmatic knowledge the objective to improve the didactics of computer science in the City of Matadi starting from the whole national educational system.
