As one analyst said to block a country's development all you have to do is destroy the quality of education. When we talk about the quality of education we are talking about the quality of available resources such as: 1. human resources (teaching staff); 2. school infrastructure; 3. social security for teaching staff.If these two fundamental elements are fulfilled in the best possible conditions we can confirm that we have ensured a quality education for our pupils. To go against them the ambition to ensure this quality education as advocated by the country's authorities would have become a mystery.As education is a right it is necessary indeed a priority to accelerate progress towards the goals of Education for All and the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs as advocated by the United Nations. By 2020 the Democratic Republic of Congo had pledged to increase domestic funding for the education sector to 23.5%.
