Even with the advances in Brazilian legislation related to Inclusive Education the daily practice of schools and teacher training courses is still a long way from what is desirable. In the specific case of teaching mathematics to deaf students despite the obligation to have interpreters in schools and the subject of Libras in degree courses the scenario is not very different. Training teachers to work in this scenario is an urgent task both in degree courses and in spaces dedicated to continuing education. The purpose of this book which is the result of qualitative research is to analyse the possible contributions of an extension course to the mobilization of teaching knowledge related to the inclusion of deaf students in Mathematics classes in regular classes.(...)
