Teaching Performance of Non-Major Public Secondary School Teachers

This research investigates the relationship between teaching performance and professional commitment among secondary school teachers who are teaching subjects outside their major field of study in public schools. It aims to identify factors that influence their teaching effectiveness and dedication to the profession. By analyzing data on teacher qualifications classroom practices student outcomes and professional development activities the study seeks to provide insights into how non-major teachers can be better supported to enhance their teaching performance and commitment to their educational roles.
