About The Book

The present investigative work focuses on the teaching processes that lead to the learning of the running technique for which an analysis of the problems of the research project and the current situation was carried out. By means of the investigation it is intended to make a critical reflexive and propositive evaluation about the teaching processes and methodologies directed to an adequate learning of the technique of the flat races which by means of the application of the structured observation based on the technical evaluation card and at the same time making it participative The validity of each of the evaluated exercises of the technical card was checked by means of results based on the Student''s Test and the respective analysis and interpretation this led us to the implementation of parameters that help the development and improvement of the technique thus creating a guide of exercises.
