The objective of this study is to understand how the pedagogical experiences of life stories contribute to the constitution of the professional teacher of Executive Secretarial Studies. The methodology used was oral life history due to the fact that this approach encompasses subjective factors in each individual's life trajectory. Thus the research is classified as theoretical/bibliographic associated with field research which consisted of the production of narratives by teachers from the Executive Secretariat course at UPF which were analyzed according to their thematic content and with professional trajectories as the central category divided into five dimensions: graduation; encounter with the profession; continuing education; performance; and construction of teaching identity. After analyzing the experiences of the teachers surveyed it is understood that the professional constitution of the UPF Executive Secretariat teachers has been taking place based on their practice through their daily experiences of performance in the community and in other spaces they have visualized and through the intertwining of various events in their life trajectories both personally and professionally.
