Both endogenous and exogenous processes as well as human activity directed to provision of the mankind with energy resources have been considered. A comparative characteristic of the mechanism of dynamics and a scale of natural and technogenic processes has been performed. An increase in manifestations of gravitational movements and relief-formation of technogenic character has been determined. The energy balance of the earth surface as a factor which leads to heating the planet and defines climate fluctuations - the most difficult environmental protection problem at present has been considered.
