Technoscientific Globalisation from Below

<p>Global South populations firms and governments play a key role in redefining the</p><p>relationship between sciences technologies and markets on an international scale. Forces</p><p>shaping the future of global technoscience emerge from unexpected places prompting a</p><p>reassessment of global power processes.
