Telecoms project management: the case of TIGO - SENEGAL

The manuscript is a clear process study of telecom project management in operators. The different steps that lead us to the success of a project is well elucidated and explained. The logical framework methodology is the chosen option that will guide us throughout our study. From the general objective to the operational plan nothing is left to chance. Beforehand a review of the literature was done and the limits of the project were also defined.
