<p>Spring 2000. A new season a new Millennium and for Chris Allsop and his wife Nicola a new start. Things haven't been great between them recently but now they have a new home in a new town and as Tony Blair's New Labour would have it "Things Can Only Get Better."</p><p>However the town they've moved into.
