Ten Months in a German Raider: A prisoner of war aboard the Wolf

This is a vivid and powerful depiction of the imprisonment of an American sailing captain aboard a German surface raider during the First World War. Captain Cameron his wife and their daughter as well as hundreds of other prisoners were forced to spend an extensive amount of time trapped aboard the S.M.S. Wolf as it raided commerce shipping and laid mines in various shipping lanes. Captain Cameron gives an excellent description of life aboard a floating prison.
