Tennyson's Poetry

This book focuses on the time era represented by Maud (1855) and In Memoriam (1850). Alfred Lord Tennyson served as Poet Laureate for a significant portion of Queen Victorias reign and Selected Poems is edited with a preface and notes by Christopher Ricks.
