Tere Baad Teri Yaad

For many years I longed to write yet the words never came. About three years ago I began channeling my emotions onto paper. Encouraged by friends I was inspired to present these poems as a book. Written in simple Hindi with a touch of Urdu these pieces reflect the modern style of contemporary songs addressing both men and women equally. The moon an eternal muse has always captivated me. In many of my poems it serves as a silent witness a friend and a confidant. The title Tere Baad Teri Yaad runs like a thread through these verses capturing the memories of a cherished person—the shared moments habits and conversations—woven delicately into words.
