<p>Jefferson Murphy author of <em>The Carpenter's Apprentice </em>trilogy is a former Combat Medic who served with the U.S. Army's 2nd Battalion 32<sup>nd</sup> Artillery in the former Republic of South Vietnam from June 1969 to June 1970.</p><p><br></p><p>Jefferson is a poet singer-songwriter photographer sketch artist and a non-denominational street preacher/evangelist.
