Textbook of Dairy Engineering

<p>The subject of Dairy Engineering being taught for the under graduate students of Dairy Technology is a unique combination of both basic and applied engineering subjects. This text book gives the fundamentals along with the latest development in the dairy equipment manufacture and with diagrams that explicitly display the inner workings well labelled and meet the requirement of an introductory text book of dairy engineering. The focus had been on explaining the principles and design requirement of dairy equipment that are commonly used in establish dairy industries as well as in small-scale dairy manufacture establishments of indigenous dairy products.</p>
