Many trainees have a negative attitude towards their chosen apprenticeship. Some drop out of their apprenticeship during the training period. The expectations of the profession often do not correspond to reality and this generation is noticeably less identified with their chosen apprenticeship. The author takes a critical look at the changing attitudes of young people towards their careers and attempts to counteract this development with the help of a project described here.
