Thames & Medway Shipping (post covid)

<p>Living close to the rivers Thames & Medway has placed me in position to photograph the many and varied types of shipping to be seen - both local craft and visiting.</p><p></p><p>In fact I have cut the amount of technical data in order to include over 300 different photographs. From the identifying IMO number there are various databases available that can provide further information - should you require it.</p><p></p><p>It was quickly realised that so much has happened post Covid that it was only possible to include a selection seen from the end of 2020 to 2024.</p><p></p><p>In order to keep the categories simple I have grouped some of them together - e.g. bulk carriers and general cargo ships. No attempt was made to keep to strict classification types.</p><p></p><p>The miscellaneous section could no doubt have been split into many more categories but again would have defeated the whole object of the book by having to cut photographic content.</p><p></p><p>Enjoy and be amazed by the variety of shipping to be seen. Just a pity so much had to be left out.</p><p>Maybe another time...</p>
