And to avoid the despotism of power the system will be complemented by Direct Digital Democracy so that the entire population participates in the promulgation of the new laws. This will be accompanied by the Science Council so that scientific knowledge serves to guide the best decisions. In this way there will be a president a Global Parliament based on digital technology a single army (so there will be no more wars) and 2 languages using English as the second universal language so that all the inhabitants of the future can communicate with each other money will be replaced by qualified time and there will be a single economy..
