<p>The aim of this reprint is to become a key companion for those who seek references in the fields of agriculture economics agri-food systems and environmental sustainability. The articles contained herein are a product of communication and collaboration between science and research as well as the various bodies and stakeholders involved in agriculture thereby facilitating the transfer of research data and expertise. All interested scholars or representatives among governmental entities institutions industries NGOs etc. were invited to contribute with up-to-date approaches to these matters.
