<p>Youth Ministry is indeed essential and cutting-edge Youth Leaders are necessary. Aside from the annual roller-coaster of activities it is important that solid relationships amongst Youth and Youth Leaders become the building blocks to the overarching goal of transforming lives. Thus genuine connection is paramount to the success of Youth Ministry and we have an obligation to share in the experience of lifting the areas of generational development.
