The Administration in the times of COVID-19 and other Research articles

This material is a contribution of a group of PhD students from the Research Seminar for the Doctorate in Administration of ISIMA Systems and Postgraduate Studies in the city of Toluca in the State of Mexico and three colleagues from the State of Mexico Delegation of the Ministry of Welfare in the Programmatic Units of Pension for the Welfare of People with Disabilities and the Sub-delegation of Social and Human Development. The text is in itself a punch line not only because of its first two works that compose it but also because of the ideological theoretical and social force in which the development of texts on educational business and organizational administration is immersed and where the dynamics in which its authors express their ideas make it valuable and highly promising.
