Therefore this paper will provide an overview of the U.S context in which the Affordable Care Act has attracted political criticism. It will also present the methods used to analyze different perspectives of the issue in regard to political narrative strategies in which the dominant perspective will discuss the concept on universal healthcare as a reliable public policy.
