Her lifelong commitment as an</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>Educator and Educational Manager has brought her ultimate success and</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>fulfilment over the past twenty five years.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>Dr Bertram has had the experience of teaching in Jamaica her home country</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>and in the United Kingdom where her specialism lies in Mathematics and</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>International Management and Administration in Education. Dr Bertram is also</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>known for her outstanding management of Behaviour and the success it has in</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>changing the lives of most of the students she had the opportunity to work</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>with.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>She currently lives in the United Kingdom where she continues to give her</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>commitment to the field of Education even though it has been riddled with</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>numerous challenges. As a result of her passion to see others successful she</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>has always taken a keen interest in the Teaching Profession and how Teachers</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>are coping and executing their jobs successfully and if they are not what are</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>the reasons/deterrent?</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>It is through Dr Bertram's inquisitive mind and her commitment that we have</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>had the pleasure of seeing what pivoted her to look more closely at how</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>teachers are able to function effectively given all the obstacles and sometimes</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>abuse they faced daily in their jobs and still managed to remain Consistent</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>Faithful and Committed Professionals producing highly successful students</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>across all the possible professions.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>This led to the production of her book entitled </span><strong style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>The Agony of Teachers Stress.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>Added accomplishments includes: Educational Coach Behaviour Management</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>Leadership Pathways Diversity and Inclusion Mentor.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>Dr. Bertram continues to strive for Excellence in Education amidst all the</span></p><p><span style=color: rgba(34 34 34 1)>struggles and stress.</span></p>
