The Agony of Teacher's STRESS

<p>Education is the key to success a belief that Dr Georgette Bertram has</p><p>Acknowledged Achieved and Accomplished. Her lifelong commitment as an</p><p>Educator and Educational Manager has brought her ultimate success and</p><p>fulfilment over the past twenty five years.</p><p><br></p><p>Dr Bertram has had the experience of teaching in Jamaica her home country</p><p>and in the United Kingdom where her specialism lies in Mathematics and</p><p>International Management and Administration in Education. Dr Bertram is also</p><p>known for her outstanding management of Behaviour and the success it has in</p><p>changing the lives of most of the students she had the opportunity to work</p><p>with.</p><p><br></p><p>She currently lives in the United Kingdom where she continues to give her</p><p>commitment to the field of Education even though it has been riddled with</p><p>numerous challenges. As a result of her passion to see others successful she</p><p>has always taken a keen interest in the Teaching Profession and how Teachers</p><p>are coping and executing their jobs successfully and if they are not what are</p><p>the reasons/deterrent?</p><p><br></p><p>It is through Dr Bertram's inquisitive mind and her commitment that we have</p><p>had the pleasure of seeing what pivoted her to look more closely at how</p><p>teachers are able to function effectively given all the obstacles and sometimes</p><p>abuse they faced daily in their jobs and still managed to remain Consistent</p><p>Faithful and Committed Professionals producing highly successful students</p><p>across all the possible professions.</p><p><br></p><p>This led to the production of her book entitled <strong>The Agony of Teachers Stress.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Added accomplishments includes: Educational Coach Behaviour Management</p><p>Leadership Pathways Diversity and Inclusion Mentor.</p><p><br></p><p>Dr. Bertram continues to strive for Excellence in Education amidst all the</p><p>struggles and stress.</p><p><br></p>
