What happens when a teenage boy with the small town blues steals an antique pistol? All hell breaks loose. . The Amargosa Blues is the story of eighteen year old Michael Foster. Michael lives in Amargosa Springs Nevada an old mining town that should have died out a long time ago but has found new life as an artist colony. Even so there's not enough excitement in town to keep the boy happy. When he learns his boss owns a Buntline Special pistol a long barreled revolver Michael just has to 'borrow' it long enough to find out how it feels to shoot it. What he finds instead is a world of problems.
