<p>As the oldest of six daughters Rebekkah's role in the home had grown after the passing of her mother. That left a lot of the responsibility to keep her father from going into the pit of despair on Rebekkah's shoulders. Her younger sisters did what they could but they were still so young when Mama had died in childbirth with the youngest one Eliana that Rebekkah forced them to stay children get an education and enjoy all that life had for them.
