This workbook is designed to accompany therapy and help you work with your practitioner to develop new ways of thinking and feeling - effectively rewiring pathways in your brain to creative a better functioning you.</p><p>Based on the well established principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) you will learn about the relationship that exists between cognition (thoughts) emotion and behaviour&nbsp;in the primitive parts of your brain and how to use strategies to replace negative thoughts with smart helpful thoughts along fresh pathways.</p><p>Your practitioner will help guide you through 10 sessions covering 22 different cognitive and behavioral tools and encourage you to complete a daily monitoring diary and anxiety management worksheet. Completing the diary and worksheets regularly will help ensure a successful outcome.</p>
