This book first sorts out the historical evolution of international financial rules from a macro perspective and believes that the current international financial rules will continue to deepen towards the direction of more developing economies participating more emphasis on innovation and risk prevention balance and stronger universality of rules. Secondly this book focuses on eight specific areas: international exchange rates cross-border capital flows sovereign debt international financial regulation green finance data governance financial technology and digital currencies. It comprehensively summarizes the current status and characteristics of financial rules in each field. The focus of this book is on China. Overall China's participation in the formulation of international financial rules is still weak especially in the traditional financial field. However in the emerging financial field China has a certain advantage in first mover development and the feasibility of leading the formulation of international common rules is high. Based on the current situation of international financial rules and the actual situation in China this book proposes relevant policy recommendations on how to systematically participate in the formulation and revision of international financial rules.
