<p>The Art is Powerful Medicine Coloring Book combines Visualization and Rhythmic Drawing to achieve the meditative benefits but it also teaches techniques and formal elements of art and art history. I believe that the scores of people who have embraced coloring may be ready to take their experiences to the next level so I have exemplars and tutorials to guide them. I am already using my pages in my clinical and educational work and find that they provide an extremely accessible layered experience.
