The ARZESH Competency Model

Meritocracy and selection of competent managers are among the vital points to organizational excellence. Thus nowadays major global organizations have put on agenda the competence models among their sustainable development programs. This is more important in government organizations whose growth and development or recession significantly affects national progress and development than other organizations. In this study a model is presented to evaluate and develop competencies of organizational managers and project managers inspired by national international and inter-organizational models.
