<p><em>Synopsis</em>: One signifi cant thing we have in common is relationships. Whether family friends business academic religious or romantic relationships we all desire to connect with people with whom we can share laughter friendship work caring and support through the good times and the hard times in life. There are however various life dynamics that either hinder or foster the fulfillment of these desires. Examples of these are:</p><ul><li>Self-esteem</li><li>Family Upbringing</li><li>Personal growth and development</li><li>Our mental physical and spiritual well-being.</li><li>How we experience the love languages</li><li>How we manage and resolve conflicts (whether we accommodate abdicate dictate or collaborate)</li><li>Our adaptability to the seasons and stages of life and marriage</li><li>And much more</li></ul><p>In this book I elaborate on these dynamics and how they impact our lives and relationships; share practical perspectives and approaches that I've learned from human experiences the bible life coaching resources and counseling materials.</p><p><em>Autobiography</em>: Howai Thomas has been married to his beautiful wife Kedine for more than fifteen years and is the father of their son for twelve of those years. He is the author of the book <em>The Marriage Decalogue</em>. Though he is not a professional counselor in the field of marriage and family; he nonetheless has gained a wealth of experience over the years conducting seminars and public speaking on the topic. He enjoys learning and sharing the bible health and psychosocial information that has been life-changing for himself and countless others. He and Kedine co-founded Mission Wholelife Initiative which endeavors to improve lives and the community through faith-based initiatives.</p>
