The barriers of inclusive education for students with disabilities

The book promotes an important reflection about the obstacles in the school inclusion of students with disabilities through the analysis of possible factors involved such as rooted cultural issues coming from a long historical process and non-conformism where it presents us with a social vision that imposes the condition of perfection to the human being creating almost insurmountable barriers to the person with disability. The objective is to lead the reader to understand the real meaning of inclusive education enabling new conducts and conquests of spaces for action making it a multiplier and mediator in this process.
