The Battle Within

<p>Suddenly her skin prickled with fear. The warm rays of the sun</p><p>were blocked and she felt so cold as the wind started to fiercely</p><p>blow and pick up debris along its path. She felt a dark presence</p><p>behind her and quickly spun around. A black cloud moved towards</p><p>her to consume her to trap her in its impenetrable darkness.</p><p>She knew she had to run to escape the dark presence</p><p>before it enveloped her-controlled her.</p><p><br></p><p>Tabitha wakes up in a dark cave not remembering how she</p><p>got there. As she attempts to escape she slowly starts to</p><p>remember the events that led to her situation. Through her</p><p>journey God teaches Tabitha that the battle she is fighting is</p><p>not her surroundings or others but the negative emotions</p><p>that have controlled her for so long.</p><p><br></p><p>This story and Bible study will help teens find ways through</p><p>God's Word to navigate their own emotional battles.</p>
