The Beauty of the Way and the Goodness of the Wayfarer is a short anthology of poems and photography collected over the author's meandering wanderings across half the world during his formative years. The photos in this collection capture engrossing and ephemeral moments such as vistas from the Himalayas and cobwebbed details of a Moroccan mosque the neon splendour of Chinese pagodas and the sun rise over mount Olympus the still of a Finnish lake and the roar of a Balkan beach. These accompany verses that follow the inevitable love loss and learning that accompany a young man's journey to find his place in the world. With poems in English and Spanish with a Chinese translation thrown in for good measure the verses take you along through this journey across time and geography carried by the passionate rhythms that move us through a life of small miracles and unexpected inspiration.
