Every day we wake up look in the mirror and try to emulate what we see on television magazines or on social media. We complain about our flaws and some of us go to extremes to get what we consider the perfect look. We dye our hair add extensions put harsh chemicals on our hair and hot irons. Hours are spent on contouring plucking waxing primping priming spreading all this makeup on our face before we say I look good or This will do. Very rarely do we feel comfortable in our own skin.
